9. Newsletter & Email Communications

We offer an optional monthly newsletter operated through a third-party email service provider, Kit (kit.com). If you choose to subscribe, your email address is collected and processed by Kit solely for the purpose of delivering the Field Notes newsletter. Kit acts as a data processor on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy policy.

Newsletter subscriber data is maintained separately from any other account data. Subscribing to the newsletter does not create any other account relationship. These datasets are kept separate and are used only for their respective purposes.

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email. Upon unsubscribing, your email address will be removed from the mailing list in accordance with Kit's data retention practices. For any queries specifically related to the newsletter, please contact us at newsletter@fieldnotes.eco.

10. Contact Form & Email Processing

When you submit a contact or partnership enquiry through our website, the data you provide (name, email, organisation, and message content) is processed by Resend (resend.com), a third-party email delivery service, solely for the purpose of transmitting your enquiry to our team and sending you an automated acknowledgment.

Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf. Your data is not used for marketing purposes and is retained only as long as necessary to process your enquiry.
